I just moved my stuff in my new storage space one of the easiest experinces, i was called by carol to follow up on my reservation. I was greeted by Tina and their newest intern(sorry i couldn’t spell the name) super friendly people took me step by step and i was in and out in no time. I wish all service providers provide the same quality service
Nice clean facility. The staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating. Tina does a great job of working within your budget to find a unit that is exactly what you need. Would highly recommended to friends and family.
Quick, clean, and normal. No stuffy - all business - crabby attitudes which is nice in today’s culture. All electronic documents is nice too.
Extra Space Storage provided exactly what I needed when searching for storage options with little time to waste. I checked out various other storage facilities in the area, but couldn't pass up the great deal of "1st month free" on a specific unit at Extra Space Storage. They didn't require a length of contract with that deal either, which was a huge draw for me. I had a climate controlled unit for 3 months during the summer. The staff members at the Liberty Pike location are very friendly and willing to help which made my experience a very pleasant one. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.

They took the extra step to make sure we were comfortable with the space and location before we made the commitment. They were one step ahead in each aspect.
