We can usually have family watch our dog unless we're all traveling together. We were perfectly happy with Franklin Kennels, and our dog seemed happy when we picked her up. The price was great too!

Terrible Customer experience. Inconsistent quality of work and awful scheduling system. VERY unfriendly, inflexible employees. I am really disappointed and definitely don't recommend.
