No records. NO RECORDS!
That's not the vets' fault. I think the vets are all pretty good and nice people. But that's a basic function I expect a vet facility to perform reliably.
They are the best! Very caring group of vets and their staff is top-notch too. Have been taking our pets there for over 10 yrs now and think the world of these guys.
Dr. Rader is the one to see if you visit. He was one of the first to actually do a real exam on my itchy pup. He actually looked in her ears which was a first with my pup that has been going here for 13 years. He was very hands on and actually had knowledge to back up what meds he was prescribing.
They had been weighing him but not recording it in his chart - for years.
My family has taken our pets here for 40 plus years! Very caring and professional. No appointment necessary which I prefer. You may have to wait a bit but it's so much easier for me to just go when I have the time vs planning ahead with an appointment.
While I loved the fact that it's walk in, this place can't seem to figure out why my poor German has a (persisting) ear infection. They always do the same stuff. Give him an injection of steroids because they say it's bad, clean his ear out, put medicine inside his ear, and it gets better for about a week and then it's right back to the way it was. And it costs me about 150$ every time. Super annoying and frustrating.
