We were large group and the waitress wrote every order in her piece of paper. After some time, she got pizza for all others except for me and my friend. After multiple reminders, she got a wrong pizza. I ordered a veggie pizza without mushroom, but the one I got was full of mushrooms. And then she came back and asked on our table if she can get cheque for everyone.. common !!! You did not get pizza for everyone on the table and you asking for cheque. Finally, after talking to the manager in the store, we got the pizza which I wanted.
The food and service was really good. 9 of us went and out of 9 orders 3 were wrong. They did correct it and offer us something else while we were eating. The waitress was very friendly and took good care of us.
Worst Horrible service ever
I love this place. I'm a fan of trying new and interesting beers, and this is a fun way to do it. The lunch buffet is good, especially the pepperoni rolls. If you sign up for the beer world tour club then you get a free pizza for your birthday, which is worth signing up just for that. You also get to earn shirts and other swag for trying different drinks.
Horrible Service received ever. Can you imagine they even forgot to make pizza for me. It was Dec 15, lunch time at Franklin (TN) store.
I have been here several times, either with buddies from work on a lunch break, or with my wife for dinner, and every time has been great food and great service. Also, there is one of the largest selections of beer at any one location i have ever seen. You can't go wrong here!
We went for lunch on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised that they have a buffet for $7.99. I t includes at least 4 varieties of pizza and a soup or salad. Not bad at all! It was a good experience I overall. The only negative was that it took forever for our son's pizza to come out (he didn't do the buffet). To make up for it, our server gave him a bowl full of chocolate chip cookies which, accdg to my 10yr old, made it worth the wait. And I agree. Our bill, which included 3 drinks, was less than $30.
