The customer service at Disount Tires is off the charts great! Jeremiah should be commended - he went out of his way to find stock lug nuts, so I wouldn’t have to go to the dealer and reschedule my appointment.
Came in with a nail in the tire. They were able to fit me in and fixed it despite being completely booked. Jamie was very nice and helpful

Excellent and friendly customer service! Out of town on business and got a flat. They took the time to be sure my tires were in good shape after finding two separate issues in two separate tires. They did not charge me anything to fix my flat or the other Tire! Had to wait quite a while but understandable since they are so good! Would highly recommend!
