The reason I'm giving them one star is because when I arrived here at 7am this morning, they told me it would be only an hour for an oil change and a tire rotation. It has been 2 hours and I'm still waiting here. If you have all the time to spare in the world, this is the place to fool with.
So disappointed in this location. Nearly every time I've been there's an issue or they didn't tend to a maintenance request- I won't touch on that time my Rogue needed a new transmission at ~60k.
You can spend thousands of dollars and when something mechanically goes wrong under warranty nobody wants to fix it! I threw my towel in on this location..try action Nissan in Nashville, you won't regret it!
Definitely tried my patience and lost trust.
