Great repair experiences from Mike and the team at Reliable. They were friendly and explained what they planned to do in advance and then explained what they found and corrected when I picked up the car. They did such a great job, I left my truck to have them repair the brakes (which had been in another shop and was not fixed). They charged less then the other shop and the brakes are perfect now. I plan to use Reliable exclusively for all future repairs. Highly recommend this shop.
I have been going to Mike at Reliable Automotive since we moved to Nashville in 2011. I was in a bad position with an even worse car and when I could have very easily been taken advantage of, mike helped me out when he didn’t have to at all. Since then he has worked on 5 different cars for me and even though I know what type of service to expect, each time I am still so happy when I leave because I know he’s done a good, fair job. I would recommend Reliable Automotive to anyone and put my own name behind it.

Decided to try this place based on the positive reviews online. We had an SUV making a thumping noise in the back end, so I dropped it off for them to look at. I had no idea what it was, but seeing some possibilities on Google made me think I was in for a hefty repair bill. Talked to the owner (Mike)after they had time to check it out and it turned out to be loose lug nuts on a wheel. He didn't charge me a cent! Honesty in the automotive industry is a valuable and rare commodity - Reliable seems to live up to their name! I will be giving them more business based on my interactions and the trust they have earned. Thank you for the great service and the trustworthy manner in which it was performed!
