Employees' safety is at stake. Employees work on 30 ft. ladders. Rivets are missing making the ladders unsafe and an OSHA violation. Rivets nor ladders have been replaced and employees are made to use this. When an employee voiced concerned, owner stated it was none of his business. I would use a company that values it's employees much more than this. This is not professional.

Window Genie is not the cheapest company around, but they are the only company I will hire to clean my windows and gutters! Rolland is a stand-up guy and his workman are prompt and polite. You can try the cheap, low class company that puts discount flyers on your mailbox and brings in untrained workers that end up tearing your window tint and scratching your glass OR you can call Window Genie and get it done right the first time! I learned the hard way and will never use anyone other than Window Genie for my home. They are an A+ business!
