Delivery was wonderful! Dennis and Dejon did such a great job. They were professional, kind, and fast. We had a tall, narrow flight of stairs and they easily moved two couches, a chair, and lamp up the stairs. I was very impressed with them!
In July 2016 my wife selected a new bedroom suite and the 2 guys who delivered it did an excellent and meticulously careful job installing it. My wife also purchased some additional furniture and the three guys who delivered it today [XavierJohnson, Cory Jordan and Lionel Williams ] did a careful job placing the heavy [but solid] furniture on our all wood floors and although they didn't ask for anything, I told them that I asked the guys last year for their names and wondered if they would also give me their names too as they also had done such an outstanding job that I felt I also needed to make other customers aware of their attention to detail and superb work. The furniture is great, but it would mean nothing without the quality of these men and their work ethic!
Delivery guys, Zavier, Corey and Lionel were great. Professional, courteous and a quick install. They've delivered twice to my house and the experience has been the same both times. I'm very particular about "customer experience" and both experiences have been excellent!
We want to several furniture stores and this one had some of the same furniture as others, but for a lot more money. Plus, I felt all the employees watching us like targets. Trying to sell,sell,sell. It frustrates me when more than 3 people ask the same questions... what brings you in today? What kind of room are you shopping for today? Have you checked out our newest blahblahblah? I kind of get it, I worked in customer satisfaction for many years. But, I honestly felt like they just saw $$$ taped to our heads. I felt the same way at Havertys.
Horrible, very bad place to be shopping for furniture. I came in the store to buy more than $15,000 dollars of furniture. Liz Williams was a employee who worked there she does not follow her word, very mean. We went to an another employee named Brian, he is very very very rude and disrespectful, he cussed us out, and when I ask what he said he said, "Have a good day. " We heard him very clear, such a liar, he discriminated us because he heard us speak another language, and gave my kids a dead stare. Very horrible place to shop at.
