We have purchased our second sofa from Sprintz. From the moment we walked into Sprintz, Benny, our sales associate, was incredibly helpful and patient as we had our entire family with us. We had to special order our furniture, which came in several weeks ahead of schedule. We were doing some remodel in our home and weren’t ready for the pieces to be delivered, so Sprintz stored it and let us set up delivery when it best fit our schedule.
I thought they had a great selection. The sales personnel were never pushy and we comfortably browsed the store before we decided to purchase. We had a very large order and our sales lady was so patient! We would definitely recommend.
Having to take a day off to have it delivered made me not as happy, COULD ONLY DELIVER TO MY AREA ON WEDNESDAY?!? That wold be something the may make me go elsewhere to do future furniture purchases.

Customer service is excellent. And prices (during your anniversary sale) were better than anything else I found elsewhere.
The furniture is top quality, beautiful, and holds up to wear. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to buy furniture they plan to keep for many years to come. Our overall experience was wonderful due to Melinda Ashford. She helped without ever making us feel pressured, and treated my husband and I equally. After living overseas for six years we have a lot of furniture to buy, and visited many stores. Such positive comments couldn't be made for the others.
