i almost don't want to give a good review because i don't want everyone to know about this place. great deals and awesome people, bought a brand new $950 bed here for $400 because it was last year's model. will be going back routinely to see what new items they have.
Good selection with decent prices.
Very courteous staff, small-town hospitality, clean and organized facility. Came highly recommended by a friend who's into rustic decor and the downtown Franklin experience. Four stars because I did encounter two inventory/ordering mishaps that led to a delay, but once they knew I was dissatisfied they corrected the issue right away and compensated me well with a quality product for the inconvenience. Seth and Noah were highly communicative in correcting the issue, going above and beyond with their service. Dave and Tim delivered the mattress on time with professionalism and courtesy, even working on an off-day to make the delivery. This is a company that gets its right and makes it right. I would recommend them and would shop there again.
