Relaxation is what you get here! The music and fountains are soothing. Nikki does an amazing job on my nails. I always get a pink and white fill. As my nails grow out, they look very natural. The owner is manning the phones and offering refreshments as the nail techs work. I made an appointment and he called me to say they were running a bit behind. I loved that they respected my time and I didn't just come in to sit and wait! A+!
The most professional and truly relaxing spa in Franklin. Newly owned and beautifully remodeled. Beautiful fountains and spa music-no TV- which I loved. I was so relaxed and pampered. Loved my pedicure and my pink and white fill by Nikki was perfect- and I'm picky. Today was my first visit but I am definitely coming back. I've tried 5 of the top reviewed nail salons in Franklin but this is my new go to!
Had a great visit today - extremely nice owners, extensive selection of colors (all of which looked new and fresh), and relaxing environment. I plan to go back and highly recommend others try it as well.
This place is one of my favorites. They took over an old salon and have completely redone the inside. They play music relaxing scenes on the tv- no actual tv which makes it so relaxing.
The experience at Relaxation Nail and Spa is one of peace and tranquility. The atmosphere is wonderful from the soothing waterfalls and classical music to the welcoming of the owners – Nikki and David! They will take care of and pamper their clients!
