The makeup brushes were a mess and could not find anything. Most had been opened. The rest of the store was not much better, stock depleted and disorganized. 1 person working the counter with 5-6 people waiting. No one to help find anything. Worst Ulta I have been to. Heading back to Spring Hill!
I LOVE the selection and size of this store..That's why I gave it 3 stars, the employees seem to think they are better than their customers.
The sales associates at the registers need better training. My purchase was rung up wrong, then took 3 trips back to get it corrected.
Love this place but wish they could open earlier!
