Most recently, it took them three months to order inserts for my other twin, in which they were completely unprepared to take his measurements, then didn't get the product in, and failed to communicate what the hold up was. A medical necessity went on for three months for a 2 year old, and they failed.
They are horrible, and shouldn't be allowed to treat children.
Absolutely horrific patient care in regards to children. I have twin boys, both require orthotics for their shoes, one an SMO, the other chipmunk inserts. When they measured my first son, they ordered the wrong product altogether and sized it wrong. It took four visits and multiple calls from their physical therapists to get it right.
