This place is abysmal. If I were able to give it 0 stars I would. They massively overbook, and as a result the wait times are very long. After my wife's eyes were dilated they stuck her in another waiting room crammed with other patients for over an hour before being seen by the doctor for approx 10 minutes. Their blatant disregard for the time of their patients, coupled with trying to cram as many appointments into a single day as possible is disgusting. I would not return here if they had magic drops that could grow brand new eyes!
The technician, Drs. Kim & Murano were very patient, efficient, friendly & professional with Ms. Helen! Thanks for making this 98 year old Lady feel special!
Our optometrist was great, but Lordy was the staff at the front desk ill informed, rude, disrespectful, argumentative, and unpleasant. I will do anything within my power to never have one of my children go there again. We all have bad days ladies, it's part of being an adult. We do not take it out on the patrons though.

I tried calling on Friday afternoon to confirm an eye appointment for the following Monday morning. However, after I patiently waited on hold, "for the next available representative" for nearly 15 mins, my call was redirected to the intro recording for the after hours operator. Doubling my anger was the 13 remaining minutes of normal office hours. My complaint may be trivial but it's the principle and lack of "care" that I expect from my healthcare system.
