If I could give zero stars, I would. I think this place is full of money grubbing people who immediately fire and shut people out because of another employee's mistake. Do not have employees answering the phones if they cannot rely simple messages to their management or clients. That is the company's fault for hiring people cannot do simple jobs. It is pathetic. My family and friends will NEVER visit such a God forsaken place. Do not try to "make things right" because you should have done right in the first place. I can guess your turn over ratr is ridiculous. I should contact the BBB... Just watch.
There is a woman here named Shauna who should not be in the business of customer service. I am tempted to ask her why she works a job she clearly isn’t suited for. She is moving so slow that she literally reminds me of the sloth in the Geico commercial. At first blush, I thought perhaps she was high, or even drunk. She blinks so god damn slow it was painful to watch. She rolls her eyes at everyone who enters the facility, she rolls her eyes and comments under her breath at her coworker, she was uncompassionate and unhelpful to an older gentleman who explained he had had a stroke and couldn’t voice his concerns well. She dismissed him without addressing his concern and then shook her head disapprovingly and looked to me for confirmation that her behavior was acceptable. I returned her look with a look of incredulous disbelief. Before than man could return, under her breath she told her coworker that “she would have to help this man coming in” when the coworker questioned her by saying, I don’t understand what you are taking about, she said, [rolling her eyes] “you will.” I am new to the area and just needed a quick eye exam and prescription, but this woman tainted the whole experience.
The optometrist was very friendly, worked quickly and got things done right. My glasses were made next day and were given to me quickly. Staff was very nice. I went in at 2 on Sunday, December 3rd.Would recommend strongly!!
Had an appointment at 11:15, the lady put about four people ahead of us and didn’t even finish putting in our information. Took two hours to get finished. Had a full exam but she didn’t tell the doctor that I wanted contacts. Once we were checking out, she didn’t tell us everything we were paying for so once we asked to see what it was we were paying for, she got very aggravated and impatient.
These folks simply do not care. No interest at all in service. Gave up trying to use them.
