Thank you to Mickey Hewitt for contacting us about how we could decrease our insurance costs. A phone call from out of the blue saved us $160 this year. I can think of a lot of things I could do with $160 that are far more interesting than insurance. :) She also gave us very sound advice as we prepare to add a new driver to our policy. I've alerted friends who also have new drivers to make sure to check insurance details before getting that license or car shopping.

I have lived in more than 10 cities across the country and have been an Allstate customer since May 1970 (when I left the military). Every time I moved, I got referred to a new agency in the new city to which I moved. I have worked this this Allstate agency (location) since moving to Nashville and found that they consistently are willing to go above and beyond what is expected of them. As an example, I own a business and needed coverage that they did not normally write. My agent not only found the information I needed but also facilitated the application process.
