Great state farm, they have helped me with everything from moving to auto insurance and always are very nice. They make sure you get everything you need and help you find what works best for you, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Where to begin? I've been w State Farm in 3 different states since I turned 16. They have always been helpful, professional and on. The. Ball. When I moved to Nashville 14 years ago I found the agent closest to my house and transferred my account to him. To my good luck that agent was Ed underwood. As a homeowner, when things have gone wrong w my house or my car or my property, this State Farm team has been nothing but supportive and lightening fast in their response to those events. Also, I've been unemployed the last 3 years due to devastating illness. So I went from a person on autopay who was always current w my payments to one who some months couldn't scrape it together to pay. Ed's office exists to sell insurance and make money at it but they have shown me such kindness and generosity through this insanely difficult time. I got a job yesterday (Yeay!!) so will soon be back on autopay consistently but this team and Ed himself have helped me thru it in so many ways. I'll stick w state farm bc of their superior customer service and bc of the beautiful humanity they have shown to me during this tough season. Pls work with Ed and especially Melissa! This is by far the best office in Franklin/Cool Springs. When in a panic to find car insurance Melissa and the rest of the staff were WONDERFUL! They got me the best rate and called to follow up with me. If I had any questions they were so quick to return calls or emails. I felt like I had known Melissa my whole life. They take it a step further and ask questions that can help you get the best rates! They worked with my previous insurance office and kept me informed every step of the way!
