We booked through Travelocity and were very pleased with our choice. Checking in was quick, the room was very nice and the location afforded us many opportunities to shop and eat even though quite a few places were closed due to the Christmas holiday. We only had very small issues with the room. The water pressure in the shower was minimal, there was no place to hang a robe in the bathroom and the mini fridge froze everything we put there. Other than those minor issues, this Best Western was an excellent choice for us.
It was comfortable enough and the room was nicely decorated. One drawback is you have to go outside to get to the lobby for breakfast which was average. And it was very cold walking over there. I wished the TV was HD but wasn't. It's a nice easy in and out of the room as you can park right there. It was fine for one night.
I've stayed in this location in the past. I have to be honest, they did a great job updating the rooms, and property. The price is right on, for the services offered at this hotel. Rooms are clean, and house keeping is done each day. I do have one complaint- the late night hotel Rep Rafael would benefit attending a customer service class. Other than that you won't be disappointed.

This is an excellent facility! The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was great. It is located near everything I came to visit. I will stay here again when I am in the area.
Trash. If I could give this hotel a negative rating I would. My room heat did not work and they attempted to fix it but we're not successful. After I called the second time to report I decided to book a room at the Hyatt. Was charged for ye room after 50 minutes. I would not recommend this to anyone as they aren't wanted to refund me the most $175 I was charged for a bogus room. I contact customer service and was fed a lie that I moved to another room. That simply did not happen! I DO NOT recommend. The Hyatt had cleaner rooms with heat that worked!!!
