OPERATION PICK UP, PACK UP AND CHECK OUT.
I assumed my experience would be the same...it was NOT. First of all there was only 1 person working the front desk at 2pm. The tiny lobby was crowded with 7 people with questions. When we got to our room the first thing I saw was the table that looked like a dog gnawed on all four corners. There was one garbage to share between the bathroom and kitchen...gross. Then we were told that the kitchen didn't have any utensils and that we would have to request them. There were guys hanging outside the rooms...one with his shirt off. The rooms are in desperate need of updates. As someone else stated...I would have been pissed if I would've paid full price. Will not be staying again and thank God I didn't bring my daughter.
If they make this right, I will amend my review.
If only I could give it a ZERO ... made our initial reservations here because it was cheaper. 150.00 cheaper for a 2 night stay. I figured, " It's in Brentwood so it has to be decent " .. I WAS WRONG. The room smelled like feet and mildew .. the carpet was disgusting. I dont think they even vacuumed it because if they did, they probably would have noticed the 2 dead dried out cockroaches on the floor. The only plus side was the front desk staff who didn't even try to argue with me about it .. they gladly refunded my money and I went on my way. Went to the Country Inn, which is where we usually stay and it's always a pleasant experience. Don't be tempted... spend the few extra bucks.
There was no washcloths.
Opened the fridge to put our waters in AND was greeted by 3 different types of bugs dead and alive.
Finally got ahold of them, and he booked a room two doors over. We packed up, walked down and settled in.
The kitchen had nothing in it although the ad said there was.
Refund is due!! Not worth my $125.00
Don't be fooled by the 1-start review. No option for zero stars. The nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I will never stay at any Extended Stay again unless they do the right thing.. Besides absolute filth inside and outside, the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the first night. No air conditioner for 3 1/2 nights with no resolution from the management. After way too much time spent talking to corporate customer relations and the hotel manager, I was given A 50% discount. So, now I get to pay $50/night instead of $100/night. Ask yourself if you would pay anything to stay at a filthy hotel with no air conditioning? If you would not, don't stay here!

I've stayed at Extended Stay hotels before so
I've stayed in this chain before, and NEVER had an issue. Oct 13th was the day i did. Checked in at 3pm, walked in with my 7yo and immediately was shocked. Fridge pulled away from wall at least 4 ft, cabinets wide open, styrofoam bowl and spoon sitting on table, stove caps were filthy and pulled out and set on top of stove. Tried to call front desk to express concern and phone inoperable. Maintenance (who was very rude) let me in next room to use phone and call front desk.
For the price charged we would have been better off at a brand named hotel.
It was old and dirty.
