I was in room 204 for 2 days and you can't sleep here! Nothing but banging on the walls noise from above you and below you!!! 87.00 online but when you get there it's 120.00- 150.00 a night... I stayed on the 3rd floor last year and didn't seem to have these problems
Had surgery and they made sure I could check in early. Treated like a queen and staff rage to help and always smiling. Everything was great. The young counter attendant was amazing. He's great for business. I would recommend this place to everyone. Clean and soft beds plus everything you could possibly need for a great nights stay.
The hotel is decent. They must have renovated not too long ago, it doesn't feel old like some other hotels in the price range. I didn't care for the bathtub in the main area with the bed. The tub is literally next to the bed! Now onto quality of the room. You can hear the shower of the room next door. Obvious hole patching where there used to be door between rooms. Oh a positive note the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Very disappointed with our housekeeping person; Raphael G,. After returning to our room at 6:45pm, we observed that Raphael had not cleaned the room. He left a note under our room door indicating that he didn’t clean the room because of a ‘do not’ disturb sign was outside our door. And this was totally incorrect. He lied. The ‘do not’ sign was inside our room. I believe that Raphael came into the room and saw the towels and all the linen on the floor to be picked up, and decided not to do the work in changing the linen. He needs to be reprimanded. Other than that, this hotel location is great, and their breakfast is fair.
The people were fantasticly nice. The food was exceptional and the swimming pool was at a nice warm temperature at all times. Room service was always on time and the beds and showers were extremely comfortable.
