Awesome guy, Root helped with a baseball glove and was all about making sure my son was totally happy. Made the experience of losing an old glove (4 years) much easier.
Ordered shoes online cause they weren't in-store. They shipped me a display pair with scuffs all over them. Then took a sharpie to the word display on the box thinking it would blend in. Sad to see s company this big do something like that.
I've had a fabulous experience every time I'm in this location, only one I know of and where I live. Usually only needing 1 thing, typically shoes for my boys and Root is always so helpful, funny and kind. However this past Saturday I was in apparel (not where the big guy works, shoes are his thing), and I needed assistance. I didn't see anyone close by except for Root, he was so generous as busy as they were to juggle helping me, (even using him as a model b/c my boyfriend is a ht.) and his customer he was assisting in shoes. Super friendly every time I'm in, and they've upped there game on the front end as well it seems when you go to check out. LOVE IT> and SUPER CLEAN!!!
