I love Forever 21 in Opry Mills Mall however the one in cool springs galleria mall I had a totally different experience! They don't have a great selection for plus size ladies and the plus size clothes are in the back bunched up together like a yard sale. But my biggest complaint is they obviously don't care about their disabled customers! I needed a handicap dressing room which was all the way in the back and they stored inventory by the handicap dressing room but made a walk way path to get to it. When I came out a worker had stored a clothes rack in front of my door and another customer had to help me get out! I was humiliated! I will never shop there again!
