Pretty good shoe deals... Not much for teen boys
Not helpful at all!! I went in to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size. The store manager, ANDRE, refused to do an even exchange or give me store credit so I could purchase another pair. I even had the receipt where my husband bought them a day before. Another employee there tried to tell him that it wasn’t a problem, but he shut her down and would not even attempt to exchange them. Then, I went to Nashville West DSW and they were eager to help and exchanged them with NO problem. I will not be going back to DSW in Cool Springs.
