Very nice people, the merchandise is a bit expensive. However, the boots I settled on are extremely comfortable, and the gal that helped me took quite a bit of time doing so. I really appreciated it :)
Went to Cookeville store Sat April 22nd NO service offered NO staff to ask for assistance other than at checkout counter. It's no wonder Wallyworld is so far ahead.
Just went to French's in Franklin for riding boots. They have a fantastic selection of 2nd and floor models that they sell at a discount, so a paddock boot that's normally 130 range was $80. Also have a great selection of sandals, walking shoes, etc. Really glad to find this store!
The service was excellent! !! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and even cleaned the boots for us before we left. We were visiting from Las Vegas and we really enjoyed the large selection and premier level of service.
