They sent prescription to pharmacy that was closed even though they knew were going there to pick it up. Drove back to care now to have them send it to another cvs off Harding Rd and they said they would. Drove up there and it was never called in. Care now wouldn't answer the phone. When I drove back to care now they just closed. Not very helpful if you need prescriptions as they lacked the care and time to assist. Makes you wonder what they think while you're sitting their sick waiting for them to help. Do they really care??????
My family likes to use CareNow for small emergencies. My dad got stitches here when he got a small gash in his arm, they saw him fast, and did a fantastic job. However, we prefer to go elsewhere when we get sick. I went in today and I felt like they rushed me through, though I appeared to be one of the only or very few patients.
Last experience not good. (Dr.Rudge) Very long wait. 3 days later not doing well. Called back. Waited for hours, no call back. Called again. They will call in a prescription. Hours later, Haven’t heard from pharmacy. Call back again. They hadn’t even called it in. OMG, This has been an ALL DAY process to get resolution!
Dr. Rudge is always so caring and takes excellent care of my family when we have to visit the clinic. Our last visit he took care of my five-year-old son quickly and expertly. The front desk is always so cheerful and helpful. Very grateful to have them in the neighborhood!
Dr Rudge helped my friend. Excellent bedside manner. Quick to see him. In and out in 45min.
