Cool springs internal medicine - Dr.Bullock (Patrick Stearns - Office Administrator) always charged me for multiple things that I did not need. After receiving multiple bills for hundreds and hundreds of dollars after they had filed with my insurance which I did not feel I owed, they sent me to collections and I paid my bill in full with the understanding from their office administrator that I could still be seen at the office if I paid. So I paid the bill and a few weeks later got a phone call telling me that I have been terminated from the practice. I made it clear to them that If I was to go back I would only get the necessary test required for my medication which they didn't want to do. What a lousy excuse for a medical facility. They don't treat your family right and they definitely haven't treated me right.
I can not say enough about this facility and their staff. They are wonderful and very helpful! They are very knowledgeable and helpful even after hours, weekends, and holidays their call back time is great. My family and I love this place!
I love Dr. Kalb. He was the first doctor that treated me with empathy and humility. I have done a lot of research about my various conditions that I was coming to speak with him about. I used to be in medical research so much of my knowledge was based on reading primary literature. Dr. Kalb was the most informed doctor that I ever sought treatment from and he took the time to have conversations with me without being condescending or assuming I got my information from unworthy sources. He asked me about all parts of my health, including emotional heath, which is often over looked and under-treated by medical doctors. The treatment plan Dr. Kalb gave me felt co-created because we discussed each choice. Additionally, whenever I have needed something, he and his staff were very responsive. My 2 girls see Dr. Sam. I highly recommend, Dr. Sam at CSFM. Her knowledge and skill level is impressive. She isn't a "cookie cutter" doctor...instead she is a doctor who will work with us to find the best solution for our girls. She takes the time to ask questions, which we love, vs jumping to conclusions/assumptions. I appreciate her holistic approach to healing :)
We are new to CSFM and I cannot say enough about this place! My daughter sees Sam, one of the NPs and she is WONDERFUL. She gave me her undivided attention, never made me feel rushed, wanted to hear our story, and cared so much! She is so down to earth, knowledgeable & kind. I am so thankful to be taking my daughter to a place that will take such good care of her & give her what she needs in a holistic approach. I would give this place 100 stars if I could!
