I have seen Dr. Wright for my physical exam. And he was patient and professional. As for the bill I got later, it was a surprise. I have to pay more than $170 for myself and almost same amount for my husband. As a matter of fact, he was out of network based on the insurance policy and nobody in his office has even checked up for us and given me any clue about this issue. Is it all my bad like they have been telling me? They refers to the manager, the billing office who works for Dr. Wright. My ears got full of the blame and so on. In fact other doctor's office in Franklin did remind me of it when I first talked to them. It never happened to me before. And I hope it only happens to me ever since then. Cause the feeling really SUCKS!!!
Dr. Wright has provided great routine care for me. He listened to the concerns I had and had honest discussion with me. His nurses are also extremely courteous. Each interaction I have had with Dr. Wright's office makes me feel like a valued patient.
Mary Lauren is absolutely incredible as is her amazing nurse! they do everything they can to make me feel better! I couldn't ask for a better primary care provider from the receptionist to Mary lauren herself! The whole staff is incredible I consider my self blessed to have them as my providers!
