ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF. Waited an hour for an appt for a tube consultation for our 3 year old daughter (whom Dr. Huber had put her tubes in previously) after waiting an hour they asked if we would reschedule. Someone on the staff was celebrating a birthday during their 12 o clock lunch hour so after waiting 2 and a half months for that appointment we were then scheduled another month out. I will say this was at the downtown Nashville location and the staff were terribly rude and unprofessional. All experiences at the franklin location were good.
Dr. Huber is a fantastic doctor! I have been seeing him for around 10 years now with bad sinus/ear problems. He is very detailed, patient and is good with diagnoses. The staff at Heritage Medical Group is also wonderful, they were able to get me in quick when I was having issues! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone with ENT problems!!

Lazy diagnosis of hearing loss that ended up being an eustachian tube dysfunction. I suspect he did not want to acknowledge the real problem due it only appearing after the adenoidectomy he performed on me. Gotta keep those malpractice premiums down, huh? Wasted seven years dealing with clicking and poor hearing from left ear. Thanks, Dr. Huber. Really appreciate it.
Ok so.... I had an Absolutely Horrible experience at Dr. Huber's office. The staff needs to get it together. Let me just say that if he has no clue what the issue is then he or his staff do not go through the depths of trying to figure it out to make the issue better. His staff was horrible at giving him messages after rounds of medicine that didn't help, and made me feel like I was some crazy patient. There was definrtely an issue that they were not treating correctly and I was miserable!!!! I had to schedule my own CT scan!!!! Rediculous!!!! I had to keep calling them back and they had me on medicine that actually made my situation worse because they never even bothered to take any test or culture ( this is after 3 office visits) to rule out anything and figure out what my issue could have been! Just So bad!!!! I called another ENT in Franklin that got me right in after a couple of months going through Huber and his staff. This other doctor did everything to figure out what was wrong and started treating me with the RIGHT meds!! I will gladly recommend him and his staff to anyone! I will say Dr. Huber is a super nice guy yes and I'm sure he is a great doctor, to some or when he knows what the problem is, right off the top of his head, but staff was horrible and they were all horrible about communicating and getting back to me when you really need something! Let me just say I am so glad I switch doctors when I did.
