I had an appointment at 8:30 am and the office was closed without sending notice to patients. Awful!
I was referred to Dr Locke last July and have always had a wonderful experience with him, his PA and his entire staff. They have always been very polite, professional and very helpful. You are not left sitting in the waiting room for ages, nor are you left in an exam room waiting. I have been pleased enough that I have recommended Dr Locke to another friend. She has also been very pleased.
Absolutely AWFUL! Rude and condescending. The woman at the counter REFUSED to omitt a false statement from their disclosure so I could sign it. Was rude, argumentative and somehow belives the patient is subservient and unimportant. I will NOT go back!!!
