Typical Apple product store. As always, knowledgable and friendly staff. Surprisingly this store is less packed than the typical Apple Store. Though I have only been 3 or so times.

very unprofessional one of worst apple store ever !! they are not knowledgable and every-time i try to ask about any thing they give me two totally opposite opinion!! then i decide at the end to look for another store to go!!
People here are rude and condescending. Went to the store and they said I needed an appointment. Ok. So asked for one that day. Told me to come back at 4:20. Great!! So I did. And then they told me that I made the appointment for the next day - NO I didn't, you did. You were the one holding the iPad, it me! And then told me I had to come back that day. Sorry, out of town.
