You know what I think? If your vague interpretations of copyright are the standard then your name is copyrighted. All countries in the America and the isle of Naxos in Greece should copyright your company title

This tiny little company called "NaxosofAmerica" is claiming copyright of a piece of Star Wars - Episode IV: A New Hope music I'm using as Fair Use and parody in one of my videos (that I was NOT even monetizing). Yes, that's right; Naxos claims they own Star Wars music. Such blatant fraud. I wonder if Disney can file a claim and acquire all revenue Naxos is stealing from YouTube users (there are now ADS on my video!)?
Seems like a great company. Hope they will do something about improving their algorithms on Youtube for initiating claims for copyright infringement for classical music. I used a small part of a symphony from Wagner played by the US Navy Band (CC, PD) ... they claim to be theirs!
Monetizing on my self created video on "Funnel web spider Vs Ant guess who win" saying it contains copyright song, where as there is no music or artificially created sound in the entire video just natural sounds of the forest. Seriously have doubts about the ethics of this company. I never bothered to monetize my video only realized today someone has been doing it illegally for god know how many years. Any advice?
