When I entered the store they only had one person working. After about 30 minutes of waiting another employee finally showed up.
Great store- great people! BTW google has the hours wrong. I stopped by at 6:55 thinking they were closing by they are actually open until 8pm.
Doug Torres in this store, is the man. He had to figure out why my S7 Edge would not send pictures or allow internet access. He did all he could do to resolve the issues, called AT&T Advanced Technical Support, they put him on the right track to resolve the problems. The entire team in this store are the "Sharpest tools in the shed". The other store didn't even get close to resolving the issue they suggested I go to Best Buy and see the Samsung Technical Support rep.
I had a great experience with Doug! I moved from one state to another and suspended my account only to find out my area did not allow certain cable and internet service! I received a bill that was all wrong charging me for a service I have not had for months. Doug called the customer service and with patience and incredible stamina he resolve 1/2 of the problem and I was able to receive a refund. We are continuing with part two in a few days. But what would have taken me 4-5 hours, Doug did in 2 hours and I am very impressed with the way he handle himself and the situation. I think he is management material and I hope someone is mentoring him in that direction! Thanks Doug! See you for part 2 in a few days.
My experience was not good at all. The lady with the short dreads with blonde tips kept trying to sell me the iPhone 8. I told her I wanted the iPhone 6plus & she informed me that I wasn’t able to purchase that phone bc it is “at the end of its life”. I asked what that meant & she said they don’t sell it anymore. When I asked why they had it in the store she replied “that’s just a display, we don’t sell it”. She kept insisting that I purchase the 8 so I left. Then I called at&t only to find out that she was LYING about not being able to sell me the iPhone 6plus. Being dishonest with ur customers bc u want a bonus on ur check is not a good display of customer service.
