Their techs are extremely knowledgable with Apple devices and electronics in general. They talked way over my head at times. Anyways, this place is awesome. They put off a great family vibe to their customers, overall a great experience. I would not only recommend them but I would promote them! They are awesome!!

I go into the Experimac of Franklin store to be greeted very politely by the owner Larry, he genuinely felt for me as I explained what happened. He was very honest with the possible results of not being able to recover data or even getting the machine to work anymore. I was way more worried about the data on the device than the actual computer.

I went to there store 30 minutes away. and arrived at 6:30 and they were closed. If you are going to post close at 7, you need to check your clock.
