I would never recommend David Comer as an agent. After being a customer with Shelter Insurance for 14+ years and having a number of agents during this tenure, he was assigned a couple of years ago after my agent left. A simple request was made 2 months ago in which David did not follow thru on. This could have had catastrophic results had there been an accident as the policy was not renewed. In an effort to give him the benefit of the doubt and a request to renew this policy he chose to not follow thru again and waited 7 days to follow up at which time I had completely cancelled both vehicles and homeowners policy to go with State Farm. When Mr Comer finally called back 7 days later he acted as carefree as usual stating that he thought he had called me back but had a lot going on last week. He hung up on me simply stating “I apologize and happy holidays”.
