On Oct 17, 2017, my daughter was driving to school in our neighborhood under the speed limit. Another lady that had Travelers insurance backed out of her driveway quickly, and my daughter's car hit this vehicle in the side. Traveler's was only willing to pay for 80% of the damages, even though their driver was 100% at fault. Additionally, it took Travelers Insurance one full month to approve the 80% and to complete the related inspections. After one month, the body shop can finally order parts to begin repairing my daughter's car. Very frustrating to work with Travelers Insurance who doesn't take full responsibility for accidents and takes a very long time to process and approve claims and inspections.
Horrible horrible customer service I spoke with a April Jones she talked to me as if I were a 2year old. She had the worst attitude.She has the worst customer service ever and I don't hardly ever complain. I asked for her supervisor and she said he wasn't in. She was completely disrespectful and acted like she hated her job. She didn't want to give me her name. She did at the end give me her name then spelled it out. Horrible horrible customer service!!
This is the most unethical insurance company that I have ever dealt with. They are completely without a moral compass.
