It was a sufficient hotel for a night's stay. I wouldn't say that it stood out positively or negatively. It's in a fantastic location for dinner and shopping as it is within walking distance to the Cool Springs Mall.
The staff is first rate and service fantastic but the street noise is so loud on I65 i couldnt sleep a wink for 6 nights. Pillows over my head tried sleeping pills too. It is 18 wheelers and emergency vehicles and motorcycles all day and night. I could not rest and i live in Houston. I know traffic. This is a LOT of traffic noise.
We had a great experience! We were greeted at the door with a few tasty snacks which held us over until we were able to go out and pick up some food to eat back in our room! Before bedtime the kids also got to spend a little while splashing around in the pool, it was nice temperature and the outside weather was wonderful for a dip! After a great night sleep in our comfy beds we all had a wonderful hot breakfast compliments of the hotel, with a Belgian waffle bar, sausage, home fries, yogurts, and an assortment of muffins and pastries, there really was an option for every palate! When we checked out of our room they even gave us a couple of snack bags to help tide us over until we got to our next stop. The location is amazing there's a lot of great restaurants and stores around the area, and I'm sure next time we stop by in Franklin we're sure to stay at this hotel!!!
My co-worker and I stayed here while in Franklin for a work event. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We both slept fine. The complementary breakfast was nice, the waffles were surprisingly good. We'll stay again the next time we attend that show.
My car was broken into, they busted out my driver side rear window along with 3 other guest vehicles. The other three were out of state cars and mine was out of county. They did compensate us our room for both nights. In all fairness, this was not the only hotel that this happened at on this night. There were 4 other hotels that this happened in the area. That information came from the cop that took the report. The staff and management was very sympathetic. However, the side of the hotel i was parked on did not have cameras.
