Very nice hotel! Super clean and very friendly staff. Located right by everything. Ice cream shop just steps away. Over all one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
Great room. Beautiful lobby. Location in very safe area near shopping. Only wish breakfast was complimentary, but I hear it is very delicious. Sweet, helpful front desk staff.
Great space for our annual meeting of our state board. Parking was great and the ease of access from the highway perfect. Buffet breakfast was very good too.
I had a late check in. Service desk was very accommodating and extraordinarily friendly given the time of night. Room was cleaner than I anticipate at hotels, not a spot was missed. They offer room service and a full service breakfast area as well.
Very nice decor. The staff were great. We went into our room to find a handwritten note and two.bottles of champagne and chocolate strawberries. They were amazing! Then a knock on the door and we found a bag with more champagne and some snacks and a handwritten note from Deborah (we were here on our honeymoon). Dinner was delicious, Randy took good care of us. Our whirlpool tub in the room wasn't working properly and the phone wasn't working. So we had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. But the maintenance worker was not there that night. So our jacuzzi tub was just a regular tub which was a bummer. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and Chef Mike was very friendly. When we left, our room had been comped completely. A few things went wrong but they went above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend this hotel!
