Stayed here only one night. We wanted two Queens but they didn't have any so the lady at the desk suggested we get a room with a pull out bed. The staff was very friendly and full of smiles. Our room was clean and the pull out was actually not that bad. Breakfast was the standard Hyatt breakfast: hot meal of the day (eggs and sausage) then cereals, beagles, yogurt bar (granola, nuts, berries), and so on. It was good. I give this hotel 4 stars because I found the price to be high compared to the location.
The way that Hyatt Management at Cool Springs/Franklin, TN handle our issues was professional and outstanding. Hyatt is a great business that leads by example which I recommend all businesses to follow! They are an awesome example of how great customer service should be provided!
Solid location with convenience to coolsprings galleria and surrounding restaurants. Amazing spacious rooms with roomy bathrooms and comfortable seating area. Delicious breakfast and good service to boot. Definitely a place to stay!
Clean and comfortable. Real good breakfast till 10 am. Good centric location. No indoor pool was the only downside.
My family checked in to the Hyatt Cool Springs/Franklin, TN on June 12, 2017. The front desk staff customer service was great. However, our room had some issues which resulted in us moving to another room. The staff made sure that we were taken care of: they came to the room and examined it, they helped us move to the other room and they went as far as helping us take our belongs of the cart. The Sales Director, Ms. Elder and the new GM, spoke with me over the phone and came to our room to make sure that things were addressed correctly and resolved our issues in such an awesome manner that put customers first and not business.
Best all-around hotel experience I've had in a long time. Spa-like shower, apartment-like room with plenty of natural light and ambiance, and a delicious buffet-style "All American" breakfast with french Toast and tasty coffee. I'm a lactose-intolerant cereal fiend and they even had almond milk. The staff was genuinely friendly, and we appreciated the fundraising they were doing with small baked good sale at the front desk, it was a nice touch. The icing on the cake was that they gave me the USA Today I asked about on my way out. Loved it.
