We enjoyed our stay in Franklin, TN. The check in staff ( Sam ) was friendly and extremely helpful with my special needs ( oxygen delivered for my stay). The girl that took over for him that evening ( I don't remember her name) was also super friendly and helpful. My husband forgot his phone and we weren't but a few minutes down the road when we received a phone call letting us know it was there. You have great employees at this hotel. Rooms were clean also.
Still staying here currently, but initial reaction wasn't good. We were given a uncleaned room and all they did was apologize and say that house keeping had left and they'll be in tomorrow. After dinner and talking it over, we requested a room change and they gladly did it. The rooms are decent, pretty standard but could use a little upkeep I'd say. Very fairly priced though!
It's your typical mid-range travel Motel that wants to be a hotel. You'll find an exercise Center a computer on a desk that poses as a business center. Franklin being awesome local town the host and staff are pretty knowledgeable and they do care so that's a plus. The pool could just as easily be a pothole in the parking lot filled with water but whatever your kids will get wet in the love it. So if you're looking for an okay hotel and you just want to pay a decent amount of money come check it out enjoy a free continental breakfast.
Decent place for the price. Good free breakfast that changes a bit from time to time (helpful if staying multiple nights). Bathroom was in need of some repairs, but room was nice, including a sleeper sofa.
Gosh, I really like this place. It's clean, and the accessible room is truly that -- accessible! That walk-in shower is a God-send for people like me (on a walker). Nice, friendly people at the front desk (mostly!). Will definitely be staying here again if and when I'm breezing through Nashville.
