I attempted to return a pair of shoes today, and the manager Mechelle Davis was EXTREMELY rude to me. One of her associates was looking at them, I had explained that the shoes were uncomfortable, that I didn't have a receipt but that I was able to show them my online bank statement and that they could look up the purchase with my debit card. The heels had no marks with barely any show of wear. She refused to work with me at all-even cited Charlotte Russe's policy to her. She rolled her eyes and said "yeah well it's worn so." Buyer beware...do not shop at this store...
The ladies here were great with helping me to find what I was looking for! The fitting room, cashier and sales floor, all the girls were so friendly and helpful!
Awesome place not a lot of varieties but customer service was really good i went with my kids and that was a very hard experience shopping but when i asked for help they really helped all the way! thank you guys!
The cashier named Alyssa is very rude and should not work in retail if she does not know how to be nice and handle a easy situation. While my husband was in line for me and I was looking around right next to the cash register, a couple of girls cut in front of him when they had just walked into the store trying to return something. My husband tells Alyssa that “we were here first” and she ignored my husband and I told her “hello ma’am we were here first” and she didn’t even look at us and kept staring down and all she says “they were here first” so my husband tells her “how if I saw them walking in and they just cut in front of me.” Then she has the audacity to not say anything and keep scanning the other girls clothes. Once she finished their transaction she called someone else to come help me. So I tell her that I want her to help me and the whole time she stays quiet. Ha. You should be more professional at your job if not you shouldn’t be working there.
