Worst possible customer service. Purchased a pair of shoes for my boyfriend yesterday. Was told I had 45 days to refund if unworn or exchange if worn. He opened the box this morning and said immediately, "I don't think they fit." He didn't like the shoes. He didn't wear the shoes. I took them back to the store, less than 24 hrs after purchase. The store manager present sprayed the bottom of the shoe with something and then said he could not refund the shoes because they had been worn. The shoes had not been worn, at least not after I purchased them. He continued to refuse a refund, so I called their customer service department. They told him that he could refund the shoes. She had already stated that she would send me a shipping label to return them by mail. He continued to refuse a refund. He also stated that he could not resell the shoes in their current condition, which ironically was the EXACT condition that they sold me the shoes in yesterday. One of their associates, Brenda, I believe is her name, was rude and very unprofessional. She actually said that she was present when the shoes were purchased and theatre they were not sold in that condition. They were acting as if the shoes were damaged or were dirty. They looked exactly like they did when I walked out of the store with them. One shoe was taken out of the box for less than 5 min and put right back in the box. Buyer beware. They will tell you that you can get a refund, but apparently they won't actually issue one.
Unfortunately athletic shoe store selection is limited in this area. They always have the most options but service in non existent. It's unfortunate that people don't care about their job. Went with my wife today ready to spend a lot on new shoes. Walked in, employees (all) were huddled goofing off. The store was full of customers and no one was being helped. 15+ minutes passed until someone acknowledged us. I complained of the atrocious lack of customer service. I was simply told I'm to busy talking.... I asked for a manager only to be told I am one. I said well you just lost money. I came ready to buy 4 pairs of shoes. I'll never go back. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I wish google allowed no stars.
I had every intention on buying a particular item but the staff was so rude that I ended leaving the store. No one greeted me, no one even acknowledged my existence. It’s a shoe store and I’m at the counter with a display shoe in my hand, what do you think I’m here for?
