Good prices on alot of items. Actually was asked if i was finding what i needed by an associate which i apreciate.
Bald manager was rude. I am usually a big fan of Big Lots and have spent a lot of time and money at this particular store. Upper management needs to have this guy back stocking shelves. He implied my wife and I were lying when we were attempting to return a defective product. He was condescending, rude and has a pompous attitude. To top it off he kept telling us about the "20% off Sale this weekend", as if we are idiots for buying anything before the sale. I'll find another big Lots before I'll ever go back to that one as long as he is working there.
A little bit of everything in one store. Clerks are friendly. Have cleaned up the store.
Very clean store. Easy to find items . Halloween is on display now. Boo!
