It was a completely enjoyable experience. The young lady who boxed my items and rang me up could not have been any sweeter. I am in the customer service business and love being able to write a good review. Remember, you get more bees with honey. (Though, who really want more bees, or ANY bees for matter? :/ )
I have been getting a large print job done every week at this location for almost two years. I've also had all my organization's signage done here as well. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and they do a great job with my order. When they occasionally make a mistake, they immediately and without question apologize and make it right. When they get busy there is sometimes a moderate wait. I've never seen lines out the door, though, as one reviewer claims, much less are they "always" out the door.
Speedy service and great people working there. I really like this this FedEx because of their staff and focus on customer satisfaction.
