They would not accept my Crown Rewards Hallmark coupon for $5 off for my annual Christmas ornament gift to my mother. They said they don't accept coupons on ornaments but I've used coupons at this store for this ornament series for 3 years now. Very disappointing. I guess I'll just go to Kohl's and use a coupon. It's a shame because I like to support local and I never give a 1 star. Would've been nice if they would've at least said sorry, especially since I've been shopping here regularly for 3 years but they didn't care at all.
Typical Hallmark, great selection of cards and gifts! Little expensive.
