I'm not sure why it took me moving out of the area to finally write a review, but after nearly six years of taking my dog to Paw Pals, I can say that I don't know what I would have done without them. As a frequent business traveler, the friendly and caring staff took excellent care of my girl while I was away. I was always at ease during her daycare and boarding stays knowing she was in great hands! Thank you Paw Pals! P.S. Kimbell misses you!
Our dog goes at least every other week for daycare, and we overnight board here when traveling. We know that when she gets home she's exhausted, we assume from the free play all day. We have definitely seen an improvement in her social skills around other dogs. There are half and full day rates for day play, very reasonable, and overnight rates are competitive for this market.

I took my dog in for her "test day" at Paw Pals and she came back with a large gash in her side. I was not informed of the gash when I picked her up and saw it once I arrived home. The cut was so deep that she is now going to have to get stitches. I called Paw Pals to see if they knew what happened and had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't tell me what happened. I'm never taking my dog here again.
Our dog Penny loves this place! She has more fun when we are on vacation than we do! We bring her in once a week for daycare and the staff always remembers her and my husband and I. Great staff and great place to leave your fur baby where they will have fun and be in great hands!
