Just went in there with my Mother and to be honest. I'm very disappointed. It's not the same I remember from a year ago. We weren't aware the company change the name but we did want to go in a check it out since it wasn't too far from us. The gentleman who was there treat us completely differently than the customer before us as if he profiling us. Never welcomed us or even asked what we needed.I don't think I'm ever going to petsense again.
Wonderful place to shop.
Walked around the store for a bit and didn't see one employee the entire time. Brought my items to the register to check out and still no employee to be seen. Walked around again hoping to find someone...nada. Waited a bit longer and then just ended up leaving my items at the register and leaving to go to another pet store. What an inconvenience.
I use the self wash station at petsense and it is awesome. It is first come first serve but it is only 10$. The staff are super friendly and helped my shy/scared dog become comfortable with the new place. We go once a week and he loves seeing his new friends now.
Definitely won't be back.
