Bahumbug.....Staff including management (Manager Derrick) have a major attitude and treat customers hatefully! The only item in store was broken. Tuesday night manager Gary requested the item from Another store and had fed-ex. Gary was polite and helpful. I called 4 times to see if item was in before driving 1.5 hours from my home (closest store) but no one answered the phone either of the 4 times. I arrived at the store and two ladies were at customer service standing by the phone I tried calling (4 times). Item was still not in and said to check back tomorrow. Derrick acted very aggravated as if he was bothered to help a customer. So if I want my item; I have to drive back another 1.5 (one way) to get this item. Not worth the 3 hour drive so they can keep their attitude in a children’s toy store and their item.

Nobody knows what they are doing..had to wait an hour for someone to find my lay away order. Total confusion and chaos in this store..will never come back
