Absolutely love woof gang! Friendly staff, great service, great groomer, assortment of high quality dog food & treats... can't say enough great things about this place!
I highly recommend this store! Mike, Mel and all the rest are very knowledgeable about your pets and their needs. They keep this store in tip top shape and their clients (both furry and human) love them. I have always been happy with their service!
Highly recommend the owner of this store location to learn how to handle customer complaints the right way. A true businessman shines when he/she handles uneasy situations with customer focused lens and class, and this owner failed to do so miserably. Sent them a very nice concern email clearly stating that I appreciate their business so that I just wanted to let them know my concerns after using their grooming service for my dog. The owner called me after about a week just to try to prove me wrong.. what a waste of effort on his part and poor business ethics (and I certainly did not have time to listen to him talk over me or deal with him raising his voice to talk louder when I am trying to speak). The only relief is that we as customers have many other options when it comes to caring for our furry children.
Woof, woof! What a great place. Super selection and fun. It will be my new place. Walk the dog around the beautiful lake in front of the shop. Then, stop in for a nice visit, wash the dog, and pick up my supplies. A great way to spend the morning! You can always tell an owner that truly loves animals! Thanks for opening up Michael.
