Was able to get all the supplies I needed, save for a desk that they didn't have in stock. Clean store, fair prices (printer ink excepted)
I carried my Laptop in for service and they put in a lot of work, but my old Hard Drive was dead before I carried it in, but they really tried hard to recover my info and I am happy that I found a place that would beyond the call of duty to try to help a customer. Its not every day you find this dedication.
I only go here for certain items I know no one else locally may have because I feel they are b higher prices and my rewards program is a joke. I get penny's on ink return. Customer service is some what ok. Most of the employees there act like I am bothering them when I ask for assistance. If I can't find something they just point to an isle. I know it's on that isle I just can't find the item, that is why I ask for help.
